Service Description

This session is an 90-minute, full-body therapeutic massage treatment involving the manual body work of soft tissues, including muscles and connective tissue, to alleviate tension and promote relaxation. Various techniques are applied such as kneading and effleurage, addressing the entire body to improve circulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Problem areas can be focused on per the client's request. Client's will thoroughly enjoy a soft, heated massage table and cozy linens and blankets during their session. The initial 10-minutes of the session block is reserved for reviewing your intake form, follow-up questions, and a further, more detailed physical assessment of your needs.
