The hands are then wrapped for 10-minutes, allowing the heat to penetrate and warm the hands thoroughly. Following the paraffin treatment, a forearm and hand massage is administered to enhance circulation, alleviate stiffness, and provide additional relief, resulting in rejuvenated and nourished forearms and hands. The initial 10-minutes of the session block is reserved for reviewing your intake form, follow-up questions, and a further, more detailed physical assessment of your needs.
